The Psychology of Emotions working group addresses one of the most dynamic fields in contemporary psychological research. Here, different disciplines and research traditions meet in order to investigate the very nexus of human emotions and other affective experiences – the interplay between biology, society, behaviour, and culture.

The Psychology of Emotions working group invites coverage of a variety of themes of research as well as applications. The area includes study of emotions, moods, affects, senses, emotion and body, emotion and health, physiology of emotion, neuroscience, emotion regulation, and emotion focused therapy opens the field of discussion to various theoretical and epistemological approaches as well as a wide range of research fields within psychology.
