Mojca Juriševič

Mojca Juriševič, Ph.D., is Full Professor of Educational Psychology at the Faculty of Education of the University of Ljubljana. Her main research interests are motivation to learn, teachers’ professional development, and studies in giftedness and gifted education. She is the founder and the Head of the faculty’s Centre for Research and Promotion of Giftedness.

Mojca Juriševič is the author of the chapter on gifted education in the White Paper on Education in the Republic of Slovenia, published in 2011. She is a member of the Council of European Talent Support Network and a national delegate of the World Council for Gifted and Talented Children.

She serves as the Chair of the Psychologists in Education division of the Slovenian Psychologists’ Association as well as a national delegate on Standing Committee Psychology in Education at European Federation of Psychologists’ Associations. She is an associate member of American Psychological Association.
