Ade Iva Murty Wicaksono
Dr. Ade Iva Murty, Msi., is a psychology scientist from Indonesia. She works as a Senior Lecturer at Faculty of Psychology, Universitas Pancasila, Indonesia. Universitas Pancasila is the oldest private university in Indonesia. She was graduated from Doctoral Psychology Program,
University of Indonesia, concentrated on Social Psychology. For years, she helps Non- Governmental Organization in several areas in Indonesia to enhance capability of professional health workers in accelerating society’s general level of health. From 2015 to 2019, Dr. Ade Iva Murty, Msi., became the Dean of Faculty of Psychology, Universitas Pancasila. During that period, Faculty of Psychology Universitas Pancasila has achieved higher status in Indonesia State Ranking of Study Program in Psychology and also a clearer path and progress towards a Faculty of Psychology concentrated on Human Well-Being studies. As a scientist, her research focus is prosocial behavior, dialogical self, health psychology. Several topics of research that has been presented in international seminar and journals among others are, Ngayah: Prosocial Behavior in the Land of Gods, Saving Low Birth Weight Babies with Kangaroo Mother Care (KMC): Family Resilience and Social Capital as Success Factors, Self Concept of National Identity: A Descriptive Study of Santri in Garut, West Java. Most of the research inspired by the condition of societies in Indonesia that still has to struggle between a digital technology-induced but at the same time still a culturally-driven society. Right now, Dr. Ade Iva Murty, Msi, is in progress of writing a book on qualitative psychology and also health psychology, both are in Indonesian language.
