Dear State of the Art Speakers, Keynote Address presenters, and Participants of ICP2020
As you already know from our message of 19 March 2020, the 32nd International Congress of Psychology (ICP 2020) has been postponed to 18-23 July 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. it was a difficult decision to make, however the health and safety of the participants and everyone else involved is our highest priority and we take it very seriously.
We immediately started negotiating with the Congress premises, hotels and other partners in order to minimise the impacts on you and to secure the event for 2021.
We have a line-up of great State of the Art presenters, dozens of top-quality keynote speakers, and over 8000 accepted abstracts, all of which ensures a high quality ICP. We also arranged accommodation, transport, a great social programme and other additional services. We will continue to deliver to you an exceptional experience and more next year. We would like to ask you for your continued cooperation and understanding. Please find below logistical and technical details that rescheduling of ICP2020 brings.
We understand that postponing of ICP2020 might cause you inconvenience, and we are therefore requesting you to advise us by the 7th April 2020 of how we may assist you in respect of your registration in any of these three scenarios above. Please email registration@icp2020.com with any questions that you may have. We will then finalise timelines and processes for ICP2020+ so that you may enjoy a conference experience of a lifetime.
Given the current circumstances globally, we also recommend that you to reach out to your airline directly in order to change your reservation and make alternative arrangements for 18-23 July 2021.
If you arranged your accommodation reservation individually in one of our partner hotels and would like our assistance, we kindly ask you to e-mail registration@icp2020.com and we will do our best to help to negotiate the best possible conditions of rescheduling these reservations, once the reservations made via our website are dealt with.
If you have any additional questions or requests please email secretariat@icp2020.com and we shall do our best to help in the order in which they are received.
We would like to thank you for your understanding and solidarity in this challenging period we face together.
We are looking forward to seeing you at ICP 2020+ in Prague 18-23 July 2021!
Sincerely
